The Cam-Lock Peep-It fits a bowstring of average diameter .084″. For example, all Cam-Lock products fit these combinations of bowstring:
BCY X99 with 28 strands of string = .084″
BCY X with 24 strands of string = .084″
Installation:
- Rotate the midsection cam away from the end hooks, and while hook area is vacant, snap Peep-It onto bowstring.
- White vertical lines face towards the archer.
- White vertical line faces up (top) for right hand shooters.
- White vertical line faces down (bottom) for left hand shooters.
- Follow the contour of the mid handle to close cam; doing the opposite to open the cam.
- Hold the end hooks tightly with fingers while closing the mid Cam.
- Be sure that the top white vertical line and the mid Cam line are lined up vertically to ensure the accessory is attached properly to the bow string.
- To adjust the Cam-Lock Peep-It, simply move the midsection handle the opposite direction of the handle’s natural arc.
- To adjust the elevation and rotation of the Peep-It, simply unlock the Cam-Lock Peep-It and gently make the necessary changes.
- DO NOT DRY FIRE BOW. IT MAY DISLODGE FROM BOWSTRING AND CAUSE BODILY HARM.
- Cam-Lock Peep-It is made of a strong plastic with radiuses on the inner hook to prevent string wear. Less abrasive than aluminum or serving.
- Wax bowstring or cable above and below Accessory after installation.
- Not responsible for wear on bow string due to excessive Accessory maneuvering.
